dc.descriptionLa criminalística es una ciencia auxiliar del derecho que tiene su fundamento en el estudio de las conductas delictivas, para lo cual agrupa una serie de técnicas y otras ciencias, que permiten trabajar en pro de la verdad de una conducta punible; una de estas ciencias es la balística, que aplicada al delito de homicidio por arma de fuego de un joven en donde los elementos materiales recolectados no fueron más que una vainilla y el cuerpo sin vida; se pueda partir de las subdivisiones de balística como la balística identificativa y reconstructiva, y de este modo determinar el tipo de arma empleada, el fabricante de la munición, y teniendo en cuenta los orificios de entrada y salida del proyectil lograr establecer una distancia probable de disparo y posición de víctima y victimario. Por otra parte, en el momento que se tengas personas sospechosas de la conducta se pueda realizar un análisis de residuos de disparo para saber si algunas de ellas acciono el arma que puedo haber ocasionado la muerte a la víctima. De ahí que mediante el análisis y resultados obtenidos de los elementos recolectados se pueda determinar una posible hipótesis de lo ocurrido en el caso de estudio dadospa
dc.description.abstractThe criminology is an auxiliary science of the right that has his foundation in the study of the criminal conducts, for which groups a series of technologies and other sciences, which allow to work in favor of the truth of a punishable conduct; one of these sciences is the ballistics, which applied to the crime of homicide for firearm of a young person where the material gathered elements were not any more than a vanilla and the body without life; it could depart from the subdivisions of ballistics as the ballistics identificativa and reconstructive, and thus determine the type of used weapon, the manufacturer of the ammunition, and having in it counts the orifices of entry and exit of the missile to manage to establish a probable distance of shot and victim's position and victimario.
