Justice and Strong Institutions as a Sustainable Development Goal in the Construction of Peace and Reconciliation in Colombia in the 21st Century

| dc.description | This work constitutes the progress of an ongoing investigation, in which it is proposed to relate the concept of justice and solid institutions as a Global Goal with the construction of peace and reconciliation in Colombia. This is done through qualitative research, classified as legal-dogmatic. Taking into account the Colombian context, the Global Goal referred to facilitate access to justice for all and create effective, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels, turns out to be the most pertinent and could be considered as the primary for the construction of peace and reconciliation within the framework of the Agreement. Thus, justice, understood as a Global Goal, lies at the head of the State the responsibility of guaranteeing its access to all people, and even more so to the vulnerable population victim of the armed conflict, which implies satisfying their expectations of justice. The existence of solid institutions makes it possible to suppress the participation of the state in victimization and makes it a principal actor for reconciliation. | en |
| dc.description | Este trabajo constituye los resultados de una investigación, en la que se propuso relacionar el concepto de justicia e instituciones sólidas como objetivo de desarrollo sostenible con la construcción de paz y reconciliación en Colombia. Lo anterior a través de una investigación de enfoque cualitativa, clasificada como jurídica- dogmática. Teniendo en cuenta el contexto colombiano, el Objetivo de desarrollo sostenible referido a facilitar el acceso a la justicia para todos y crear instituciones eficaces, responsables e inclusivas a todos los niveles, resulta ser el más pertinente y podría contemplarse como el primordial para la construcción de paz y reconciliación en el marco del Posacuerdo. Así las cosas, la justicia entendida como Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible, radica en cabeza del Estado la responsabilidad de garantizar su acceso a todas las personas, y más aún a la población vulnerable víctima del conflicto armado, lo cual implica satisfacer sus expectativas de justicia. La existencia de instituciones sólidas permite suprimir la participación del estado en la victimización y lo convierte en actor principal para la reconciliación. | es |
