| dc.description | El trabajo realizado corresponde a un documento de anĆ”lisis sobre el tema de Comercio Justo al alcance de las Personas con Discapacidad (en adelante PcD) y la incorporaciĆ³n de este concepto en la legislaciĆ³n colombiana. En dicho documento se analiza primeramente el alcance de la legislaciĆ³n existente a nivel internacional encaminada a garantizar la inclusiĆ³n de esta poblaciĆ³n en el contexto y beneficios del comercio justo, como una forma de resaltar la importancia y necesidad de involucrarla en procura de contribuir al mejoramiento de su calidad de vida, de aprovechar sus capacidades y de propiciarles un espacio de interacciĆ³n que fomente su independencia y autonomĆa como actores generadores de ingreso y partĆcipes de una actividad econĆ³mica. Y finalmente se busca demostrar cĆ³mo la ausencia de aquellos preceptos en la legislaciĆ³n colombiana, limita y restringe los derechos de la poblaciĆ³n con discapacidad. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The realized work corresponds to a document of analysis on the topic of Just Trade within reach of the Persons with Disability (in forward PcD) and the incorporation of this concept in the Colombian legislation. In the above mentioned document there is analyzed first the scope of the existing legislation worldwide directed to guaranteeing the incorporation of this population in the context and benefits of the just trade, as a way of highlighting the importance and need to involve her in favor of contributing to the improvement of his quality of life, of taking advantage of his capacities and of they be propitiating by a space of interaction that promotes his independence and autonomy like generating actors of revenue and participants of an economic activity. And finally one seeks to demonstrate how the absence of those rules in the Colombian legislation, limits and restricts the rights of the population with disability. | spa |
