dc.description"La genética forense es una ciencia de gran importancia que nos concede una herramienta de investigación y nos otorga el método de descubrir a través del ADN un perfil de identificación y realizar el análisis de las evidencias biológicas que permitan la identificación de la persona que cometió un homicidio o cualquier otro acto delictivo para lograr reconstruir las circunstancias en las que ocurrió el hecho punible. Como es afirmado por la Doctora, Carmen Entrala, (2000) "" La Hemogenética Forense nace a principios de siglo, cuando Karl Landsteiner describe el sistema ABO de los hematíes y Von Durgen y Hirschfeld descubren su transmisión hereditaria. Esta ciencia surgió como una rama de la Criminalística cuyo objetivo era la identificación genética tanto en casos de investigación criminal como en estudios biológicos de la paternidad. Inicialmente, las investigaciones se centraban en el estudio de antígenos eritrocitarios (sistema ABO, Rh, MN), proteínas séricas, enzimas eritrocitarias y sistema HLA. dc.description.abstractThe forensic genetics is a science of great importance that gives us a tool of research and gives us the method to discover through DNA a profile of identification and perform the analysis of the biological evidence that allow the identification of the person that committed a crime and to know the circumstances in which the crime occurred.
