dc.description.abstract	Finlandia es un país de Europa del Norte que limita con Suecia, Noruega y Rusia. Su capital Helsinki, una de sus grandes maravillas son las auroras boreales y sorprendentemente, es el país más feliz del mundo para vivir según el informe (World Happiness Report) realizado por la ONU. Se destacan por tener un control de emisiones en agricultura, transporte, centros urbanos e industria. Esto ha ayudado a la reducción de gases contaminantes y partículas finas, favoreciendo considerablemente al medio ambiente. En este documento se subraya la biodiversidad, ecosistémica, lo urbano, lo rural y la zona de protección (Vanhankaupunginkoski) que hay allí. El propósito es diseñar una resistencia universitaria para el campus universitario borde urbano rural de Vikki utilizando la metodología BIM, para crear y administrar datos durante el proceso de diseño, construcción y operaciones que nos proporciona el BIM como herramienta de diseño, junto con CDE es una herramienta del BIM o una interfaz dando así al proyecto trabajar de forma interconectada en la nube. Con el objetivo de tener de manera detallada y eficaz en cada uno de sus aspectos, en lo estructural, instalaciones MEP y arquitectónico. En el diseño se incorporará el material de local es la madera, ya que radica un gran porcentaje de este material allí. El diseño tendrá el confort térmico como acústico, dando un beneficio a cada uno de sus espacios dentro y fuera de la edificación, también con una la agricultura regenerativa dando así un cambio climático y paisajístico al lugar.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Finland is a country in Northern Europe bordering Sweden, Norway and Russia. Its capital Helsinki, one of its great wonders are the northern lights and surprisingly, it is the happiest country in the world to live in according to the World Happiness Report carried out by the UN. They stand out for having emissions control in agriculture, transportation, urban centers and industry. This has helped reduce polluting gases and fine particles, considerably benefiting the environment. This document highlights the biodiversity, ecosystem, urban, rural and protection zone (Vanhankaupunginkoski) there. The purpose is to design a university resistance for the rural urban edge university campus of Vikki using the BIM methodology, to create and manage data during the design, construction and operations process that provides us with BIM as a design tool, together with CDE is a BIM tool or an-interface, thus allowing the project to work interconnectedly in the cloud. With the objective of having a detailed and effective manner in each of its aspects, structurally, MEP and architectural installations. The local material, wood, will be incorporated into the design, since a large percentage of this material resides there. The design will have thermal and acoustic comfort, giving a benefit to each of its spaces inside and outside the building, also with regenerative agriculture, thus giving a climate and landscape change to the place.	eng
