dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo refiere las consecuencias que se desprenden por el desplazamiento forzado en Colombia, generando en la mayorĆ­a de las regiones un alto Ć­ndice de Asentamientos Humanos, sin las garantĆ­as mĆ­nimas por parte del Estado, causando otra serie de problemas a nivel social, econĆ³mico, de salud y de educaciĆ³n. Con base en este problema, se ampliarĆ” una descripciĆ³n sobre los orĆ­genes del desplazamiento en Colombia con el fin de poder identificar y describir las consecuencias de este problema. Posteriormente se realizarĆ” una descripciĆ³n de la situaciĆ³n de las vĆ­ctimas por el conflicto armado en Colombia, por medio de una exposiciĆ³n de los asentamientos mĆ”s importantes y grandes. Consecutivamente se describirĆ” todo el marco legal, para centrar esta problemĆ”tica y poder identificar quĆ© acciones ha tomado el Estado para darle soluciĆ³n al mismo. En Ćŗltimo lugar, se describirĆ” un caso concreto, que abarca toda la problemĆ”tica, desde el dĆ­a en que muchas familias se convirtieron en victimas por una masacre en el municipio de Ituango (Antioquia), seguido de una serie de procedimientos para quizĆ”s poder acceder a los programas a los que tienen derecho o de lo contrario seguir exigiendo lo que por Ley les pertenecespa
dc.description.abstractThe present work refers to the consequences of forced displacement in Colombia, generating in most regions a high rate of Human Settlements, without the minimum guarantees on the part of the State, causing another series of problems at the social, economic, of health and education. Based on this problem, a description of the origins of displacement in Colombia will be expanded in order to identify and describe the consequences of this problem. Later, a description will be made of the situation of the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, through an exhibition of the most important and largest settlements Consecutively describe the entire legal framework, to focus this problem and identify what actions the state has taken to solve it. Lastly, a specific case will be described, covering all the problems, from the day when many families became victims of a massacre in the municipality of Ituango (Antioquia), followed by a series of procedures to perhaps be able to access the programs to which they are entitled or otherwise continue to demand what by law belongs to them.spa
