Abstract
The main origin of this project is constituted by the need to contribute some elements that will strengthen the social vision that is held about whether or not the Special Jurisdiction for Peace is a functional model. Hence, the methodical notion is based on allowing the systematic understanding of the experiences of Transitional Justice and the Peace Agreements, in order to identify the application of Justice in times of transition and peace. In this sense, we managed to understand how said model is the expression of a system associated with the development of processes of social and political transformation, which constitutes a diversity of mechanisms which achieved peace and reconciliation. In short, it will be prepared to show how the JEP has become a practical model in the construction of "stable and lasting peace", given that it has managed to effectively stipulate "the foundations and devices" that support "Transitional Justice".
