Abstract

The investigation arises from the waste of the alluvium which appears from the sweeping of the streets which is between the road and the sardinel, it should be noted that 97,000 tons are currently produced, which are discarded in the Doña Juana dump. The process started from the laboratory analysis, where positive results were obtained, demonstrating that the material meets the necessary properties, to replace the rock sand in the mortar.

Followed by these, field tests were carried out where the use of the material was implemented on site, this in order to generate comparisons of rock and alluvial sand mortar, managing to identify that the material is much more plastic and that its waste it is minor, this is due to the fact that at the moment of throwing it against the surface it does not bounce or generate splashes of it.

In addition to this, some prototypes were made where some finishes are shown, with textures, paintings, among others, thus allowing the creation of a comparative table where it is evident that the material has no flaws, a manual was left for the user, which contains a step by step as well as recommendations for the proper use of the material, which facilitates the information for the user. Finally, the business structure was made showing the possible costs and income. It is important to mention that the material can be used in masonry, pavers, as well as in the creation of outdoor furniture.
