Conservación y potencialización de las rancherías Wayúu: patrimonio de la arquitectura vernácula (Aplicado en la comunidad Arpushana Ranchería Dividivi)

Abstract

This research proposes to identify the tangible and intangible heritage values that the vernacular Wayúu ranches possess. From the guidelines that govern the culture law, through decrees 1080 of 2015, which incorporates the modifications introduced to the Single Regulatory Decree of the cultural sector as of the date of its issuance (March 25, 2020) and the Decree 2358 of 2019 which complements and modify the Decree 1080 of 2015; the Decree presents guidelines for the attribution and cultural meaning of a movable or immovable property where the following criteria are taken into account: Age, authorship, authenticity, property constitution, shape, state conservation, environmental context, urban context, physical context , representativeness and sociocultural contextualization to determine its aesthetic, symbolic and / or historical value. A valuation study will begin to obtain the intervention criteria and the material and intangible heritage characteristics representative of the Wayúu vernacular settlements, annexed with an in-situ investigation; Finally, a conservation proposal will be exposed that promotes the patrimonial strengthening of the vernacular architecture in the Wayúu ranches.
