dc.descriptionEl presente artículo es resultado del Proyecto de Investigación Colciencias denominado Población Juvenil del Departamento de Risaralda: Criminalidad Vs Prevención y Sanción, se ejecutó durante el periodo de julio 2014 a julio 2015. Los objetivos de la investigación fueron los de realizar un estudio comparativo entre las sanciones impuestas a los adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal en el distrito judicial de Pereira, entre los años 2008 y 2013, e implementar jornadas de capacitación acordes con el programa de prevención, Risaralda: un territorio de prevención del delito. La investigación fue del tipo socio jurídico con un enfoque mixto y tuvo un abordaje social. Se utilizaron tres técnicas de investigación, revisión documental, encuesta y entrevista semi estructurada. Por último se presentan los resultados de la participación de hombres y mujeres en la comisión de delitos entre los años 2008 y el 2013; los delitos de mayor incidencia y las sanciones que más se impusieron en dicho periodo. Igualmente se presentan los resultados de jornadas de capacitación en población adolescente escolarizada, sobre el conocimiento de estrategias de prevención de la delincuencia juvenil.  es-ES
dc.descriptionThis article is a report of Colciencia investigation project, called: young population of Risaralda’s Department. Criminality Vs prevention and sanction; executed during the period of July 2014 to July 2015. The aims of the investigation were to do a comparative study among the sanctions imposed on the teeenagers that are in conflict with the penal law in Pereira’s judicial district, between the 2008 and 2013 years, and applying days of training according to the prevention program, Risaralda: a territory of crime’s prevention. The research’s development was of the juridical partner type with a mixed approach. There were used three techniques for the research; documentary review, a survey and a semi structured interview. It was possible to obtain like proved the estimation of 7.845 teenagers linked to the penal young system between 2008 and 2013 years, of which 84.7% was men and 15.3% women. Equally, they present the diagnosis results made in enrolled teen in the school population, on the knowledge of prevention measures, of the penal infractions committed by teenagersen-US
