| dc.description | Colombia is a country of small and medium enterprises, which implies that they are an important player in the economy in the country, this article is a qualitative investigation that wants to examine in an integral way the evolution of the financing model of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) implemented by the Colombian government during the last years and if there is an impact on their growth and development, in the same way to establish what legal mechanisms have allowed to strengthen this important sector of the economy in the country or if on the contrary they are detrimental to their development. In the first segment of the article we analyze how the promotion policy for SMEs is consolidated, the legal framework in which they are located and their evolution during the last years in the country, in the second part a description of the different tools will be made created by the state to strengthen the business ecosystem in Colombia, finally, an analysis will be made of the opportunities of entrepreneurs to access the various benefits offered by the government and concludes with recommendations for improving the quality of the strategies of support, emphasizing the importance of the chain of actions described with access to credit and commercialization. In this way to understand the different scenarios that small and medium entrepreneurs can access to finance the growth and development of their companies through the Colombian state. | en-US |
| dc.description | Colombia es un país de pequeñas y medianas empresas, lo que implica de por sí, que son actores importantes de la economía en el país. El presente artículo es una investigación cualitativa que quiere examinar de manera integral la evolución del modelo de financiamiento de la pequeña y mediana empresa (Pymes) implementado por el gobierno de Colombia durante los últimos años y si existe un impacto en el crecimiento y desarrollo de las mismas. De igual manera, establecer qué mecanismos legales han permitido fortalecer este importante sector de la economía en el país o si por el contrario, van en detrimento de su desarrollo. En el primer segmento del artículo se analiza cómo se consolida la política de promoción a las Pymes, el marco legal en el que se encuentran y su evolución durante los últimos años en el país. En la segunda parte, se hace una descripción de las distintas herramientas creadas por el estado para fortalecer el ecosistema empresarial en Colombia. Por último, se elabora un análisis de las oportunidades de los empresarios para acceder a los distintos beneficios ofertados por el gobierno y se concluye con recomendaciones para la mejora de la calidad de las estrategias de apoyo, enfatizando la importancia del encadenamiento de las acciones descritas con el acceso al crédito y la comercialización. De esta manera, poder entender los distintos escenarios a los que pueden acceder pequeños y medianos empresarios para financiar el crecimiento y desarrollo de sus empresas a través del estado colombiano. | es-ES |
