El conflicto armado, las víctimas y su evolución histórica en la legislación interna de la República de Colombia

Abstract

This investigation sought to establish how the Colombian State faces mainly through the Rama legislativa of public power the internal armed conflict which has left a total of eight million six hundred and seventy nine thousand two hundred victims to which no doubt should be restored to them rights product of the damage derived essentially by absence of protection of the protected legal rights of each one of these human beings. However in this study we will also observe the position of the Rama Judicial who collaborates to advance legal concepts such as those who are considered victims and the different routes that the Rama ejecutiva must draw in order to achieve that end. You can also see with figures how compliance goes to the people affected. All of the above from the historical context of the internal armed conflict in Colombia.
