Resumen
El siguiente proyecto pretende ser implementado como instrumento guía en el plan de
mejoramiento integral de barrios, y se toma de referencia la acción de complementar, re ordenar
y adecuar el espacio; en este caso se acoge el barrio La Merced ubicado en la localidad Rafael
Uribe Uribe, UPZ 54 Marruecos el cual se destaca por tener consolidación de origen informal y
condiciones físicas específicas, en él se busca un diseño y reconfiguración del territorio urbano,
el cual es insumo para la planificación territorial que permita suplir las necesidades y
problemáticas por medio de estrategias categorizadas en estructura ecológica, socio-económica y
de infraestructura funcional y de servicios, éstas nos brindan una percepción del lugar, las van a
contribuir a la mejora del sector siendo articulado e integrando los puntos más detonantes,
dinamizando nuevas actividades y espacios confortables y seguros.
Abstract
The following project intends to be implemented as a guiding instrument in the
comprehensive neighborhood improvement plan, and the action of complementing, reordering
and adapting the space is taken as a reference; In this case, the La Merced neighborhood located
in the town of Rafael Uribe Uribe, UPZ 54 Morocco is located, which stands out for having
consolidation of informal origin and specific physical conditions, in which a design and
reconfiguration of the urban territory is sought, which is input for territorial planning that allows
meeting the needs and problems through strategies categorized in ecological, socio-economic
structure and functional infrastructure and services, these provide us with a perception of the
place, they will contribute to the improvement of the sector being articulated and integrating the
most trigger points, energizing new activities and comfortable and safe spaces.
