Este proyecto está enfocado para los equipos de interventorías en Colombia, ya que según el estudio realizado en este documento los proyectos de construcción de obra civil están siendo afectados por los retrasos en los procesos administrativos de parte de los interventores; es por esto que se realizó una investigación partiendo de los referentes aquí mencionados llegando a la construcción de un modelo de interfaz que permita a los participantes de la interventoría acceder, modificar, eliminar o agregar documentos importantes en una obra, por medio de una plataforma virtual, la cual debe estar conectada a internet; el prototipo propuesto en este proyecto además permite agilizar los tiempos de los procesos administrativos y brinda seguridad a la información recopilada en esta interfaz. No obstante, la validación del prototipo creado para interventorías nos deja conocer algunas mejoras que se realizaran en versiones futuras; el propósito sin duda es optimizar los tiempos en los procesos administrativos para las interventorías de obras generando así que se cumplan los cronogramas de obra.
Abstract
This project is focused for the squads of interventorías in Colombia, already according to the studio made in this document the projects of construction of civil work are being affected by the delays in the administrative processes of part of the interventores; it is by this that made an investigation splitting of the here mentioned referents arriving to the construction of a model of interface that allow to the participants of the interventoría access modify delete or add important documents in a work by means of a virtual platform which has to be connected to internet; the prototype proposed in this project besides allows to speed up the times of the administrative processes and offers security to the information recoiled in this interface. Nevertheless, the validation of the prototype created for interventorías leaves us know some improvements that made in future versions; the purpose definitely is to optimize the times in the administrative processes for the interventorías of works generating so they fulfil the chronograms of work.
