Mecanismos de reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia -Ley 1448 del 2011, análisis de hecho victimizantes de homicidios desde el 2011 a 2018

Abstract

In Colombia a large number of people have experienced some victimizing event at the hands of different groups outside the law, this is why we want to know what are the benefits of homicide victims in Law 1448 of 2011 , and highlight the responsibility of the State against the act of homicide and identify if it has the right to access the different mechanisms for the compensation of the rights violated at the time of the occurrence of the event, as well as to know if the victims reach the integral reparation with the guarantees of non-repetition, for themselves and their families. In view of the above, this research will be developed through three aspects, the first is to identify what is the norm that has emerged for the comprehensive reparation to the victims, in the second establish which are the benefits that are incorporated each of the regulations, and the third party to know which entities are competent for the restoration of violated rights and contribute to true integral reparation, as well as to disseminate the mechanisms that victims of homicide have on the part of the State so that they can access the programs that contribute to overcoming extreme poverty in Colombia.
