Propuesta para la implementación de un sistema de control en el manejo de los inventarios para la empresa Improbell Ltda.

Abstract

Through the descriptive study of the processes and procedures of the company Improbell Ltda the main problem that is affecting the optimization of the resources, the timely attention of the clients and the projections of expansion or growth of the same is identified. With the primary information collected in the company, a flow of grams and a SWOT matrix were obtained, which allowed the problem to be identified and then the investigation of opportunities for improvement in the medium to be carried out, and thus to propose a solution to the company. Result of the previous work suggests the implementation of a software that allows to track the inventories of raw materials and production, standardization of processes and procedures, staff training, articulation of different teams and planning and projection clear of growth.
