    Abstract

    Dados los objetivos de las compañías, se hace necesario la implementación de sistemas de gestión de la calidad que permitan propiciar un ámbito empresarial en el cual los procesos sean definidos y estructurados de manera previa, ejecutados de manera organizada, generando una retroalimentación de los mimos y de esta manera promover la mejora continua. El presente estudio de caso fue desarrollado por medio del método deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo en el cual se genera el manual para la gestión de la calidad de la empresa INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIONES CONARVAL SAS distribuido en cinco (5) ejes: Generalidades con ocho (8) documentos, once (11) procesos, catorce (14) procedimientos, cuatro (4) instructivos y quince (15) formatos, de acuerdo a los lineamientos de las NTC ISO9001 versión 2015.
