Plan de negocios para una empresa de construcción de viviendas de interés prioritario con enfoque sustentable

Abstract

With the development of this degree work, it is intended to fulfill the objective of creating a company dedicated to the construction of housing projects, with sustainable architectural designs that help the environment, directed towards people from stand 1 and two of Ciudad Bolívar. Initially the project profile was defined, developing a research of the most important variables of the construction sector, in order to make a global assessment of the behavior of the sector and in this way identify the advantages and opportunities. In the same way it will be made known the benefits that brings for the client to acquire a house of this type of characteristics, and as over the years this type of construction will become the boom of the construction sector, for its environmental purposes. Within the study the necessary aspects will be defined so that the work TORRE BUENAVISTA comply with principles of sustainable architecture such as the efficiency and moderation of the use of construction materials and energy saving systems. The idea is to take advantage of the massive construction of houses of social interest through sustainable housing designs, which mitigate the environmental impact at the time of implementation with architectural elements, based on bioclimatic strategies. It is essential to take into account that the constructive activity of housing, whether VIP, and multifamily, do not have such sustainable characteristics, consequently the construction industry is the first polluting factor nationwide with 9.9% according to the Chamber of Commerce of the construction, data 2014.
