El trabajo presenta una descripción de los conceptos de nacionalidad y ciudadanía en el ordenamiento jurídico de la Unión Europea y de Colombia y como a partir de los mismos se generan tanto efectos directos e indirectos y como el reconocimiento de los derechos humanos de la persona en la Unión Europea.
Abstract
The work presents a description of the concepts of nationality and citizenship in the legal system of the European Union and Colombia, and as from these, both direct and indirect effects are generated and the recognition of the human rights of the person in the European Union.
