Aplicación del derecho de petición con la ley 1755/2015 frente a la ley 1437 de 2011 mediante un análisis comparativo y diferencial en el trámite legislativo

Abstract

Thus, the right of petition is presented, within the quotidian in the actions that are carried out daily as individuals, which are framed within a Social State of Law. The lack of knowledge of this right and of a deep study, in our society was the basis by which stimulation and incentive to be able to elaborate said investigation in order to establish this subject object of study, so as to be able to describe with a text that of The general happens to the particular thing and is a source of consultation, for the Colombian society. In other words, it is necessary to understand the consecrated Colombian legislation, with the purpose of learning and using the right of petition as a guarantee that has every person inside, the nature or form of legislative being of the State, since it allows to rescue the axiological value And sociological, in a balanced or harmonious way in how society is constituted. The methodological design of the work project is made through a descriptive analysis, product of a qualitative research with the purpose of designing new forms of pedagogy around the normality and application of the right of petition in a systematic way where the normative schemes in the world are investigated, To investigate the dynamism through publications, essays, books that deal with the application of the right of petition, web pages, concrete theses and solids that assist in solving the subject under analysis.
