    Abstract

    Resumen El conflicto armado en Colombia ha sido protagonizado por las fuerzas militares colombianas y por grupos armados ilegales. Los segundos con el paso de las décadas han constituido ejércitos de miles, los cuales han participado en procesos de desmovilización que se dan luego de negociaciones con el gobierno de turno, estas se han dado en el marco de un proceso de justicia transicional. En este documento describiremos los conceptos propios de la desmovilización, reinserción y reintegración, partiendo de su reconocimiento como fenómenos dependientes del contexto social, político, y en particular de la justicia transicional, esto en los procesos de desmovilización y reinserción dados del 2003 a 2006, protagonizados por las Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia.
