La creación del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos supuso la integración normativa de los ordenamientos jurídicos internos y la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos, estableciendo una pretensión de corrección de las disposiciones normativas y las decisiones judiciales de los Estados partes con la Convención; la vigencia de los Derechos Humanos exige un control normativo en el plano abstracto, causando una revalorización de los conceptos clásicos de soberanía e independencia, con el fin de hacer efectiva las normas de la Convención y las subreglas establecidas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
Abstract
The creation of Inter-American System above Human Rights accepted the normative integration of internal legal system and the American Convention on Human Rights, establishing a claim of correctness of normative disposition and the judicial decisions of the States parties to the Convention, the term of the Human Rights demand a normative control in the abstract plane, causing a revaluation of classic concepts of sovereignty and independence, with the finish of make effective the rules of Convention and the subrules established by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
