For our case, authorities achieved through a specialized analysis to establish gender, age, ancestral pattern phenotype and possible causes of death, a skeleton found in the village five kilometers Danube, Seville municipality in the department of Valle del Cauca, which was reported by Mr. Efren Sandoval, acting as foreman of that property, give notice to the authorities, who do the work of removing the body by its body is specialized. Forensic anthropology tests showed that the bones analyzed corresponds to a female person with a chronological age of 35 years approximately , approximate height of 1, 70 inches of Caucasian origin , and were able to establish the cause of death , shot firearm , which income from the occipital side of the head . Checked against databases of neighboring municipalities , it was established that found bones belonged to Luz Angela Rodriguez , a native of the town of Tulua - Valle de Cauca , since the characteristics outlined above, and other individuals and broken arm right to the shoulder blade height at the age of 20 years by falling motorcycle ( Study conducted by radiographs which were brought by his mother to be collated in order to compare and get full identification ) , agreed at a high rate with bones found in the farm Paradise At the same time, it was confirmed by intelligence information from the authorities, Mrs. Rodriguez, belonged to a group of urban crime, and its disappearance was reported by his family two years ago. The reasons that lead to his death apparently were for settling of accounts between criminal gangs.     Abstract

    Este trabajo tiene como objeto resaltar la importancia de la Antropología Forense, como herramienta para la criminalística y la implementación de nuevas estrategias que conducen a la realización de investigaciones por parte de los organismos del estado. Para nuestro caso, las autoridades mediante un análisis especializado lograrán establecer sexo, edad, patrón ancestral, fenotipo y las posibles causas del deceso, de una osamenta hallada en la vereda el Danubio kilometro cinco, municipio Sevilla, en el departamento del valle del cauca, la cual fue reportada por el señor Efrén Sandoval, en calidad de capataz de la mencionada finca, da aviso a las autoridades, quienes realizan las labores de levantamiento de cadáver por parte de sus cuerpo es especializados. Los exámenes de antropología forense arrojaron que la osamenta analizada corresponde a una persona de sexo femenino, con una edad cronológica aproximada de 35 de años, altura aproximada de 1, 70 centímetros de origen caucásico, y se pudo costado occipital de la cabeza. Cotejado con las bases de datos de municipios aledaños, se pudo establecer que la osamenta hallada correspondía a la señora Luz Ángela Rodríguez, oriunda del municipio de Tuluá – Valle de Cauca, ya que las características señaladas anteriormente, y otras particulares como fractura en el brazo derecho a la altura omoplato a la edad de 20 años por caída en motocicleta (Estudio realizado mediante radiografías las cuales fueron aportadas por su señora madre para ser cotejadas con el fin de comparar y obtener la plena identificación), coincidían en un alto porcentaje con la osamenta hallada en la finca el Paraíso, A la vez, se confirmó por informaciones de inteligencia de las autoridades, que la señora Rodríguez, pertenecía a un grupo de delincuencia urbana, y su desaparición fue reportada por sus familiares dos años atrás. Los motivos que conducen a su deceso al parecer fueron por ajuste de cuentas entre bandas delincuenciales.
