Servicio militar obligatorio en el marco del post-acuerdo

Abstract

The present investigation shows as the Military Service has been established from years behind as a service of obligatory character, due to the fact that it has as basic aim offer protection to the Nation when it was necessary. Therefore, the intention of this document is to announce the precedents of the Military Obligatory Service and his implementation in those days, up to coming to the current moment where his functions might suffer a great change due to the process of peace that is carried out in the Havana between the Colombian State and the group of guerrilla warfare of the Farc for the construction of peace and hereby reach the process known as post-agreement. With reference to the previous thing there will be born in mind different documents and authors who have come speaking it brings over of the topic, determining this way, if really the Colombian State is prepared to assume a post-agreement and the changes that this process of peace would generate for the national army, specifically in the Military service. It means then that it will be possible have a clear vision of the new changes of the reality and of the advances or setbacks that will be able to happen as for the functions to modifying in the Military Obligatory Service.
