Propuesta urbana arquitectónica en la región del alto Magdalena, enfocada en la movilidad y la articulación con "El proyecto del área metropolitana del sol"

El municipio de Girardot ha tenido un crecimiento acelerado y expansión física sin control, estableciendo la conurbación del alto Magdalena con los municipios de Flandes y Ricaurte donde los diferentes equipamientos e infraestructuras no están articulados con este crecimiento; uno de los lugares de desarticulación es la terminal de transportes actual ,su ubicación inmersa dentro del municipio afecta las estructuras urbanas y la conexión de movilidad regional, por tanto, su estructura no satisface la demanda generando un impacto negativo. Es importante fomentar e insertar al municipio y a la población en el adelanto como foco turístico para generar una mayor identidad y un mejor desarrollo comercial, permitiendo un incremento económico para las diferentes ciudades vinculadas al proceso de conurbación del alto Magdalena. Por lo tanto, el diseño de una nueva terminal intermodal de transporte mejorara las diferentes estructuras y a la conexión regional, su ubicación en el perímetro del municipio brindara un nuevo orden y en búsqueda de mejorar la afectación de movilidad dentro del desarrollo del municipio. Este a su vez estará apoyado en un redimensionamiento de diferentes equipamientos, mejorando su impacto y prestando un mayor cubrimiento, involucrado con la dinámica de núcleo turístico a su vez articulado con los demás municipios readecuando la actual terminal para así acrecentar el sistema de transporte local.
Abstract
Girardot Municipality has had an accelerated growth and physical expansion without control, setting the upper Magdalena conurbation with the towns of Flanders and Ricaurte where different facilities and infrastructure are not articulated with this growth; one of the places of dislocation is the current transport terminal, its location within the town immersed affects urban structures and connecting regional mobility, therefore its structure does not meet demand generating a negative impact.
It is important to encourage and insert the municipality and the population in the advancement as a tourist destination to generate more and better business identity development, allowing a budget increase for the different cities involved in the process of conurbation upper Magdalena. Therefore, the design of a new intermodal transportation terminal improve the various structures and regional connection, its location on the perimeter of the municipality would provide a new order seeking to improve mobility impairment in the development of the municipality. This in turn will be supported on a resizing of different equipment, enhancing its impact and providing greater coverage, involved with the dynamics of tourist resort in turn articulated with other municipalities and readjusting the current terminal so as to increase the local transport system.
