Standing out like all the other Colombian ethnic groups because of their oral tradition, identity and social organization. However, this particular community is in the most precarious situation of resettlement in the various cities of the national context, despite the various laws proposed by Colombian legislation, including victims and restitution law. of land of 2011, affirms the process of return of its possessions in the territories that belong to them as an inclusive community within the territorial democratic framework. Law that has not been entirely true as stated in the press release presented on March 7, 2019 by the ONIC who exposes the allegation of non-compliance by government institutions in relation to the process of return to the territories of the Various indigenous members of the Embera Chamí community. Therefore, it seeks to undertake the approach of a citadel of sustainable housing and collective equipment in Centro Usme for the resettlement of members of the Embera Chamí community that supplement basic human needs, considering Its socio-spatial characteristics by means of theoretical and practical approaches of community collaboration identified as progressiveness and productivity, making possible the potential exploitation in terms of agricultural traditions and artisanal.     Abstract

    En el siguiente documento se analiza y desarrolla el planteamiento de un proyecto arquitectónico para la comunidad indígena Embera Chami, quien en su totalidad según Datos tomados del DANE conforma el 2.1% de la población indígena colombiana, asentada inicialmente en los departamentos de Risaralda, Caldas, Quibdó y Valle del Cauca. Destacándose como todos los demás grupos étnicos Colombianos por su tradición oral, identidad y organización social1. Sin embargo esta comunidad en especial se encuentra en la situación más precaria de reasentamiento en las diversas ciudades del contexto nacional, pese a que diversas leyes propuestas por la legislación Colombiana, entre las que se encuentra Ley de Víctimas y Restitución de Tierras de 2011, afirma el proceso de devolución de sus posesiones en los territorios que les pertenecen como comunidad incluyente dentro del marco democrático territorial. Ley que no se ha hecho del todo verídica tal como lo afirma el comunicado de prensa presentado el 7 de marzo de 2019 por la ONIC Quien expone la denuncian de incumplimientos de parte de las instituciones gubernamentales con relación al proceso de retorno a los territorios de los diversos integrantes Indígenas de la comunidad Emberá Chamí.
