The homicide, besides that being a violent act, it is a felony; it is a crime that typifies from three characteristic elements or paradigms: criminality, illegality and guilt. Furthermore, according to the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure (CPP), there are two categories that identify this offense punishable as to the conduct of the perpetrator: the intent and guilt. The intent is determined when the agent (attacker) knows the facts constituting the offense and want their realization, in other words, when he or she foresee and prepare the execution. By contrast, guilt boasts an unintended but predictable action (felony); in this case, the agent is not intended to kill, but the further purpose or result is what constitutes the crime. In this way the classic definition of murder, arising from its etymology must be , for the administration of justice in Colombia , homicide is defined as suppression agent , of a human life without legally meritorious justification conduct, intentionally (willful) or guilt (felony).About this context, the purpose of the research aims to: provide the reader an extensive description of the behavior of the UN homicide in the city of Bogotá, BY distributions of sociodemographic variables, Characterization Deed (circumstantial) and spatial.     Abstract

    Toda acción cometida por el hombre, que conlleve a un propósito delictivo contra otro, sin rastro de lo que pudo haber sucedido, voluntaria o involuntariamente, puede ser investigada por varias disciplinas que pueden determinar los actores en un hecho punible, su relación con la víctima y las circunstancias de tiempo, modo y lugar en una escena del crimen. El homicidio, además de un hecho violento, es un delito que se tipifica a partir de tres elementos característicos o paradigmas: tipicidad, antijuridicidad y culpabilidad. Además, según el Código Penal y de Procedimiento Penal (CPP), existen dos categorías que permiten identificar este delito en cuanto a la conducta punible del agresor: el dolo y la culpa. El dolo se determina cuando el agente (agresor) conoce los hechos constitutivos de la infracción penal y desea su realización, es decir, cuando prevé y planifica su ejecución. Por el contrario, la culpa presume una acción involuntaria aunque previsible (preterintencional); en este caso, el agente no pretende matar, pero la finalidad ulterior o su resultado es lo que constituye el delito. De este modo además de las definiciones clásicas del homicidio derivadas de su etimología se tiene que, para la administración de justicia en Colombia, el homicidio se define como supresión por conducta del agente, de una vida humana, sin justificación jurídicamente atendible, en forma intencional (dolosa) o con culpa (preterintencional) Sobre este contexto, la investigación tiene como propósito entregar al lector una descripción extensa del comportamiento de un homicidio cometido en la ciudad de Bogotá según distribuciones de variables sociodemográficas, de caracterización del hecho (circunstanciales) y espaciotemporales. Parafraseando a Pierre Bourdieu, por razones prácticas no se aventuran pautas explicativas o análisis de los comportamientos de cada una de las variables presentadas al público, aunque en algunos casos se plantean interrogantes que, se espera, la comunidad de especialistas en temas de violencia contribuya a resolver
