| dc.description | El trabajo presentado planteará dos técnicas de estudio, la primera será desde el punto práctico o de campo, desarrollando el caso por completo, analizando desde la práctica forense las causas del deceso de la menor, la segunda y que dará respuesta al problema planteado, será el campo teórico, el cual analizará el comportamiento mental y psicológico del sujeto agresor. Los hechos dan lugar inicialmente al fallecimiento de una menor de edad aparentemente por anoxia cerebral producida por asfixia mecánica (ahorcamiento), se pudo establecer que antes de deceso, la menor fue accedida carnalmente por su padrastro, en el lugar de su residencia, se analizará la evidencia recolectada, así como los relatos dados por los entrevistados en él asunto. La psicología jurídica busca el estudio del comportamiento de los actores jurídicos en el ámbito del derecho, la Ley y la justicia, más exactamente se encarga de estudiar, evaluar y prevenir todos lo que son los fenómenos de la conducta,psicológicos y de tipo relacional que influyen en el comportamiento legal de las personas. | spa |
