All this combined from the criminal news, checking the scene, the stranding site models made, the Judicial Police protocols used to manage the scene, physical evidence (EF) and evidentiary material element (EMP ) found, set, collected and packaged under the parameters of chain of custody and registered in the formats of the manual of the Judicial Police and that all these procedures have been properly executed under quality standards, protection, authenticity conformity with the Constitution and the law , make judicial investigation by the body to make the case study providing assumptions and clarify the facts to arrive at the identification, individualization and capture responsible for the criminal offense offender to be taken to the relevant court for prosecution and prosecution of the crime of which he was responsible as evidenced by the reliable and strong evidence found the accusation by the investigating body for which there is no impunity in the commission of the criminal offense. Forensic science to help provide various techniques for investigating crimes committed as tools in cooperation clarify the facts to be valuable contributions that lead to the capture of the offender; Research in our case we rely on the science of fingerprinting technique for the identification of the offender that outraged the humanity of the victim during the investigation and protocols under the Judicial Police and truthful EF met to clarify the EMP acts. Abstract

En la comisión de un delito se configuran varios factores como son el modus operandi, los actores de la conducta punible, el arma u objeto usado para la comisión del delito y la razón por la cual se cometió el delito. Todo esto conjugado desde la noticia criminal, la verificación del lugar de los hechos, el acordonamiento del lugar delos hechos, los protocolos que Policía Judicial usa para el manejo del lugar de los hechos, la evidencia física (EF) y elemento materia probatorio (EMP) hallados, fijados, recolectados y embalados bajo los parámetros de cadena de custodia y registrados en los formatos del manual de Policía Judicial y que todos estos procedimientos hayan sido ejecutados correctamente bajo los estándares de calidad, protección, autenticidad conformes a la Constitución y la ley, hacen que la investigación judicial a cargo del órgano encargado realicen el estudio del caso aportando las hipótesis y esclarecimiento de los hechos para llegar a la identificación, individualización y captura del delincuente responsable de la conducta punible para que sea llevado al juez respectivo para su judicialización y juzgamiento del crimen del cual fue responsable como lo demuestra las pruebas fehacientes y contundentes que fundan la acusación por parte del ente investigador para que no haya impunidad en la comisión de la conducta punible. Las ciencias forenses aportan diversas técnicas como ayuda para la investigación de los delitos cometidos como herramientas en la cooperación del esclarecimiento de los hechos para que sean aportes valiosos que conlleven a la captura del delincuente; en nuestro caso de investigación nos basamos en la ciencia técnica de la dactiloscopia para la identificación del delincuente que ultrajo en la humanidad de la víctima y que durante la investigación bajo los protocolos de Policía Judicial se reunieron las EF y EMP veraces para el esclarecimiento de los hechos.
