These characteristics of the Criminal Investigation activities are assigned to officers of the Judicial Police, they are the implementers to demonstrate technically or scientifically what happened in the crime under investigation, with the help of reports issued as experts, this is achieved from search and packaging material evidence or physical evidence in order to determine the behavior that existed, as well as determining their authors. Thus, the judicial investigator is not limited to the observance and application of techniques for collecting and fixing the scene; but he worked his should address the use of the most appropriate scientific method to explain the crime under investigation. Therefore, in this case research, with proper evidence collection, labeling, chain of custody, filling out the corresponding forms of judicial police and application of auxiliary sciences as ballistics which is the method used in this research, he achieved determine that the gun found at the scene was used in the homicide investigation, because vanilla is found in the deceased. Likewise with other auxiliary sciences like Criminology and secondary science of ballistics fingerprinting science which was to collate and determine from fingerprints to identify the author of this research material he was present.     Abstract

    En la actualidad la investigación de la conducta punible está enmarcada dentro del Derecho Penal a nivel mundial, la cual es auxiliada por las Ciencias de la Criminalística. Estas actividades propias de la Investigación Criminal están asignadas a los funcionarios de Policía Judicial, ellos son los ejecutores de demostrar técnica o científicamente lo sucedido en el hecho delictivo que se investiga, con ayuda de los informes que emiten como peritos, esto se logra a partir de la búsqueda y embalaje de elementos materiales probatorios o evidencia física con el objetivo de determinar, la conducta que existió, así como también determinar sus autores. De esta manera, el investigador Judicial no se limita únicamente a la observancia y aplicación de las técnicas de recolección y fijación del lugar de los hechos; sino que su trabajó deberá abordar el uso del método científico más apropiado, para explicar el hecho delictivo que se investiga. Por consiguiente, en el presente caso de investigación, con una correcta recolección de evidencia, rotulación, cadena de custodia, diligenciamiento los formatos correspondientes de policía judicial y aplicación de las Ciencias auxiliares como la Balística la cual es el método utilizado en esta investigación, se logrará determinar que el arma de fuego encontrada en el lugar de los hechos fue la utilizada en el homicidio que se investiga, debido a que se halló vainillas en el occiso. De la misma manera mediante otras ciencias auxiliares de la Criminalística y como ciencia secundaria de la Balística se tuvo presente la ciencia de la Dactiloscopia la cual fue procedente para cotejar y determinar las huellas dactilares para identificar el autor materia de esta investigación.
