La evidencia traza como prototipo en la investigación criminal

Abstract

According to the statistics reported by the Colombian Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences of Colombia , in this country are registered nearly 1,833 deaths by suicide each year , showing an increase of 35 % of the cases, previously related to an incrementing tendency to death hanging; hence the need to investigate all the EMP and EV that can be found within these scenarios in order to establish the causes of death, highlighting the importance of trace evidence and the analysis of them, considering that these can be subjected to a comparative methods to study their individual characteristics and class theories, in such way that it could be able to establish theories of the case and conclusions to it in the investigation.
