Thus, the judicial investigator is not limited to the observance and application of techniques for collecting and fixing the scene; but he worked his should address the use of the scientific method to explain the crime under investigation. Therefore, in the case that corresponded to us, with proper evidence collection, labeling, chain of custody, filling out the corresponding forms of criminal investigation and application of auxiliary sciences such as Ballistics, will be achieved determine that the gun found in the scene was used in the murder under investigation, since vanilla is found in the deceased. In the same way through the science of fingerprinting it was possible to compare fingerprints to identify the author of this research field.7 Finally, it is worth mentioning that the Biochemistry will help us establish that the blood sample found on the knife at the scene corresponds to the young, which Mr. Carlos struck moments before and not someone else in order to rule out This third in a discussion, or other factors affecting the theory of the case.     Abstract

    Actualmente la investigación de la conducta punible está enmarcada dentro del Derecho Penal, la cual es auxiliada por las Ciencias de la Criminalística. Estas actividades de Investigación Criminal están asignadas a la Policía Judicial, son los encargados de demostrar técnica o científicamente lo sucedido en el hecho delictivo que se investiga, a partir de la búsqueda y embalaje de elementos materiales probatorios o evidencia con el objetivo de determinar si la conducta realmente existió. De esta manera, el investigador Judicial no se limita únicamente a la observancia y aplicación de las técnicas de recolección y fijación del lugar de los hechos; sino que su trabajó deberá abordar el uso del método científico, para explicar el hecho delictivo que se investiga. Por consiguiente, en el caso que nos correspondió, con una correcta recolección de evidencia, rotulación, cadena de custodia, diligenciamiento los formatos correspondientes de policía judicial y aplicación de las Ciencias auxiliares como la Balística, se logrará determinar que el arma de fuego encontrada en el lugar de los hechos fue la utilizada en el homicidio que se investiga, dado que se hallaron vainillas en el occiso. De la misma manera mediante la ciencia de la Dactiloscopia fue posible cotejar las huellas dactilares para identificar el autor materia de esta investigación. Finalmente es oportuno mencionar que la Bioquímica nos ayudará a establecer que la muestra hematológica, encontrada en el arma blanca en el lugar de los hechos corresponde al joven, el cual el señor Carlos hirió momentos antes y no a otra persona, para así descartar la presencia de un tercero presente en la discusión, o de otro factor que afecte la teoría del caso.
