    Abstract

    la identificación de las huellas dactilares por parte de un perito en un maletín recaudado por un funcionario del CTI, en el lugar donde se cometió un homicidio como resultado de un herida corto punzante sufrida en la espalda de una persona víctima de un hurto, posteriormente utilizar dicha evidencia para verificar las huellas con el capturado y que la misma sea utilizada para esclarecer los hechos ante el Juez dentro de un procesos penal. En el presente documento se trabajaran las diferentes técnicas que utiliza actualmente la POLICIA NACIONAL para la identificación de persona o cadáveres y la incidencia de estos elementos probatorios en el Sistema Pena Acusatorio.
