Dactiloscopia: Métodos de revelado de huellas latentes

Abstract

Since the transition of the inquisitorial system to oral system in Colombia, much has been written and disputed about the application of the same in a number of contexts ranging from the obvious costs the same to the urgent need to train judges and prosecutors; this inherent need for training to oral system intended exists a set of technical and scientific knowledge on the parties; including legal professionals. Giving rise to research projects such as this which address these new changes to different areas of expert services, where expert evidence is no longer a bureaucratic opinion written to become the testimony that the expert himself explains to a judge, forcing lawyers to know the different sciences in the service of the administration of justice; to afford discern and understand the procedures, techniques and methods that allow you to pay an expert's expert witness report. So in summary this research project is developed around the previous argument and based on the science of fingerprinting allowing deepen the techniques and procedures used from the crime scene fingerprint matching. All in order to give an objective process hypothetical case number 21 and highlight the importance of developing methods for latent prints
