AU - Suárez Rojas, Karen Lorena Y1 - 2017 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/4858 PB - Universidad La Gran Colombia AB - We can conclude that human rights are fundamental to the life of any individual because it is the way in which it is possible to guarantee the dignity of each person, Colombia has over time been able to progress in a positive way regarding human rights specifically in Civil and Political Rights, thus allowing a better democratic and social stability. According to the annual report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Havana Accords and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development emphasize the guarantee of civil and political rights for sustainable development, which commits the State to maintain detailed data on the enjoyment of rights, disaggregated by geographical location, age, gender, ethnicity, disability status and other criteria, with the aim of developing, implementing and evaluating public policies, However, as explained in the development of the work, we see that we still have a long way to continue growing and implementing procedures that lead the Colombian State to make better decisions, which in no way affect the individual, a fair and above all transparent failure. Abstract
