Abstract

To conclude and conclude this work, we start with the initial question: How committed are the member countries of the European Union to the protection of refugees, when their human rights were violated in their own territory? And according to what has been researched and analyzed, it can be said that there is a commitment for these member countries of the European Union, however we must be realistic and the commitment that we intend to have is not entirely reliable as there are political, economic and social factors that do not allow it, then I will name some aligned components so that there may be a better compilation of forces that can help mitigate this problem: First, Europe must recover its internal solidarity where nations practice a common solution to the refugee crisis and achieve implement and comply with existing laws to support and facilitate the situation of some countries that are used by migrants as a bridge for entry to their final destination. Second, border security is needed and they guarantee a significant reduction of illegal revenues where each country involved generates security. Third, "Europeans should respond earlier and more rigorously to crises and wars in their neighborhood. The EU needs a humanitarian task force, which visibly complements the assistance provided by the United Nations and which takes care of the refugees in the region.
