    Abstract

    La biología forense en una ciencia auxiliar de la criminalística, la cual con la ayuda del método de búsqueda e identificación de espermatozoides y/o antígeno prostático específico en mancha permite determinar la ocurrencia de accesos carnales violentos antes y después de la muerte. Es así como a partir de las evidencias recolectadas en un occiso o en una escena del crimen, el perito puede determinar la ocurrencia o no de un acceso carnal violento. Al abordar un hecho delictivo el biólogo forense tiene la función de examinar todas las evidencias de origen biológico que sean aportadas por los investigadores, con el fin de identificar, comparar, determinar, individualizar y realizar una hipótesis acerca de las circunstancias con fines reconstructivos claro está, dentro de los límites de la biología forense. En todo caso el biólogo forense tiene como fin último colaborar a la justicia en la identificación de conductas delictivas tales como Accesos Carnales Violentos
