    Abstract

    El proyecto investigativo se fundamenta con base en la ley general de educación (115 de 1994), busca reconocer los factores que influyen en el aprendizaje de inglés como segunda lengua, el proceso de investigación fue llevado a cabo en 24 estudiantes que se encuentran cursando un programa intensivo de inglés en la academia de educación no formal Power English ubicado en el municipio de Zipaquirá-Cundinamarca, de los cuales fueron seleccionados 3 estudiantes para aplicarles una entrevista semi-estructura, dichos estudiantes presentaron el nivel más avanzado entre la población objeto acorde al Marco Común Europeo de Referencia evaluado con un (PET) Placement English Test, así se identificaron factores externos e internos comunes, los cuales propician un desarrollo efectivo en el proceso de aprendizaje del inglés como segunda lengua.
