As minors are recruited by groups outside the law, they are being violated their human rights such as freedom, health, education, the right to be with their families and international treaties signed by the Colombian government on the protection of minors. In the same way, the family of these minors is affected by the fact that in many occasions when they have confrontations with the military authorities they are seriously injured and this causes them death or in some occasions they are shot by the guerrilla groups when the minors want to desert the subversive ranks. Thus, when the peace process of the Colombian government was signed with the guerrilla group of the FARC-EP, several dissident groups appeared that did not agree and continued with their criminal actions, recruiting minors as we can see in the last battles with the public force where several minors who make up these illegal groups have been injured and the complaint by the relatives of the minors and government authorities such as; the ombudsman's office, where they show the continuous recruitment and the increase of this scourge in recent months throughout the national territory. Abstract
