El papel de la familia como eje central frente a la resocialización de menores infractores

Abstract

The present investigation aims to know the role of the family as the main axis in the re-socialization of juvenile offenders who, as a result of illicit activities, are sanctioned by the deprivation of liberty in a specialized center, based on the fact that the behavior of these adolescents affects not only to the family but also to the Society and the State, the foregoing since social and family ties are diminished, there is evidence of an increase in the situation of citizen insecurity and lack of access to education due to different factors. Regarding the above, it is understood that the Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents, in principle, what is sought is the re-socialization and awareness in order that children have access to new educational and employment opportunities in order that the penalty serves as encouragement not to repeat the various problems and situations that lead children to commit crimes, this is how through this research we want to make known the participation of the family nucleus for the re-socialization of minors in the Specialized Care Center – “El Redentor”.
