    Abstract

    Este trabajo es el resultado del análisis de una experiencia investigativa llevada a cabo con estudiantes y su docente, donde se destaca la problemática del trabajo en equipo debido al contexto educativo, en donde se relacionan estudiantes con edad extra escolar en una academia de estudio por ciclos. El propósito fue fortalecer en los educandos la competencia de trabajo en equipo siendo este una habilidad para mejorar el aprendizaje y la integración en el aula. La orientación metodológica es de carácter cualitativo centralizado en la Investigación Acción (IA), utilizando técnicas de encuesta y entrevista de donde se evidencias categorías de análisis que se desglosan y entrelazan en el tema tratado, dando como resultado tres códigos de análisis: trabajo en equipo, relaciones interpersonales y progreso profesional. Se concluye dándole importancia al trabajo en equipo y sus implicaciones positivas para la vida académica y profesional de los estudiantes de ACSI, se proponen estrategias para mejorar el clima en el aula de clase y se presentan cambios propositivo de los estudiantes frente al trabajo en equipo
