With the appearance of the first sentences pronounced in this jurisdiction by the Justice and Peace Courts of the country, reparation measures of different types were dictated. In the case of those victims of forced recruitment, special reparation measures were ordered for this population for the first time in the sentence pronounced on December 16, 2011, which was enforced on December 12, 2012, without the effectiveness of these measures to date having been verified, even so, they have continued to be implemented in subsequent transitional decisions.     Abstract

    La Ley 975 de 2005 fue implementada desde hace más de 13 años, como una oportunidad para que los individuos pertenecientes a grupos armados al margen de la Ley se desmovilizaran de los mismos y se incorporaran a la vida civil tras un proceso penal especial en el que se les otorgó diferentes beneficios judiciales, de igual manera para las víctimas de estos grupos se establecieron principios de verdad, justicia y reparación que permitieron a éstas hacerse parte dentro del proceso transicional. Con la aparición de las primeras sentencias proferidas en esta jurisdicción por parte de las Salas de Justicia y Paz del país se dictaron unas medidas de reparación de diferentes tipos, para el caso de aquellas víctimas de reclutamiento forzado se dispusieron unas medidas de reparación especiales para esta población por primera vez en el fallo proferido el 16 de diciembre de 2011 el cual cobro ejecutoria el 12 de diciembre de 2012, sin que la efectividad de estas medidas al día de hoy haya sido verificada, aun así, las mismas se han seguido implementado en decisiones transicionales posteriores.
