Análisis del impacto que generó la ley 1098 de 2006 en los usuarios de ICBF regional Bogotá 2016

Abstract

This document was developed with the purpose of opting for the title of Specialist in Family Law. It was made in the first and second cycle of 2016, and is focused on analyzing the legal impact generated by the Law 1098 of 2006 on the users of the ICBF located in Bogotá. The analysis contains structural components, conditioners framed in an institutional context, social policy and professional field. Finally, this document took in account the professional performance recognition. In this investigation the importance of the theoretical contribution, the social relevance, the contribution to the faculty and to the institution and the benefits of the researcher were highlighted and raised. In addition, for the methodological design was necessary an investigation process in order to reach and fulfill the objectives, observing coherence and dependence between the object of study, the method, the type of investigation, the stages and the techniques. In that sense, the method used for this investigation was qualitative research and the type was Exploratory - Descriptive, Epistemological Approach: Hermeneutic. To conclude, this monograph presents the results that reach the objectives posed and answer the main question raised at the beginning of the investigation. It also gives a conclusions and recommendations about this topic having in mind that is necessary to continue this type of investigations that contributes to the institutional strengthening and the professional training.
