This paper seeks to join the countless academic efforts in building a new history, alternative, or so-called history from below. For this, the memory used (in the Policarpa neighborhood) as a historical and methodological source in the understanding of the consequences of the violence of the 50s, as was the construction of neighborhoods (Barrio Policarpa) due to the It disproportionate socio-demographic increases in Bogota from 1958 to 1968 because of the direct and indirect displacement in several Colombian regions and through the dynamic developments and territorial pirate invasions, the latter will be the focus of the specificity of this work as Barrio Policarpa exemplified. In this neighborhood, its people, their struggles, memories, perspectives and criticisms as historical subjects and survivors of violence 50, was built not only the understanding of violence specified ratio of 50 and neighborhoods, but also a countless contributions (historical perspective) from the experiences that allowed enrich the research proposal in a comparative exercise between what is written and what has been lived on the situation of violence 50. Clarifying the reader by limited time, educational background and purpose of this research, this comparative exercise is far to be a work of reconstruction of historical memory of the violence of the 50, which requires a methodological prolonged ethnographic method that did not occur in this investigation and use.     Abstract

    60 años después de la violencia de los años 50, se han generado una multiplicidad de estudios en su entendimiento en causas, consecuencias y actores armados. Teniendo como eje la diversidad epistemológica y la alternancia historiográfica a la simple visión tradicional de la lógica relación política del bipartidismo (liberalismo-conservatismo). Este trabajo busca sumarse al sin número de esfuerzos realizados en la construcción académica de una historia nueva, alternativa, o a la denominada historia desde abajo. Para esto, se utilizó la memoria (en el barrio Policarpa) como fuente histórica y metodológica en el entendimiento, de una de las consecuencias de la violencia de los años 50, como fue la construcción de barrios populares (Barrio Policarpa) a consecuencia de los desproporcionados aumentos socio-demográficos en la ciudad de Bogotá entre 1958-1968 a causa del desplazamiento directo e indirecto en diversas regiones Colombianas y a través de la dinámica de urbanizaciones piratas e invasiones territoriales, esta última, será el eje de la especificidad de este trabajo como lo ejemplifica el Barrio Policarpa. De este barrio, de su gente, sus luchas, recuerdos, perspectivas y sus críticas como sujetos históricos y sobrevivientes de la violencia de los 50, se construyó no solo el entendimiento especificó de la relación violencia de los 50 y barrios populares, sino también un sin número de aportes (perspectivas históricas) desde las experiencias vividas que permitieron enriquecer la propuesta investigativa en un ejercicio comparativo entre lo que se ha escrito y lo que se ha vivido sobre la coyuntura de la violencia de los 50. Aclarando al lector que por el limitado tiempo, formación académica y fin de esta investigación, este ejercicio comparativo dista mucho ser un trabajo de reconstrucción de memoria histórica sobre la violencia de los 50, que requiere un uso metodológico y prolongado del método etnográfico que no tuvo lugar en esta investigación.
