    TY - GEN T1 - El movimiento como fuente de vida Soacha, Cundinamarca Parque Central AU - Díaz Martínez, Laura Angélica Y1 - 2015 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/4339 PB - Universidad La Gran Colombia AB - Soacha is located south of the Sabana de Bogotá and is part of the upper basin of the River Bogota, with an area of 184.45 km2 of which 19 km2 are consolidated as the town and 165,45km2 corresponds to rural areas; according to the latest revision of POT in 2007 Soacha reported 431,653 inhabitants and an increase of 528,680 in 2015 of which 98% of the population lives in the village are averaged, this being a problem since there is no relationship between the public space and the number of inhabitants increased, this modification POT 2000 to assist not continue to grow unevenly the town, as above attached proposal develops as public space as articulator urban axis connector and physical-spatial environmental catalyst becoming a decisive factor for the expansion and quality of life of the inhabitants, considering that this site interaction affects the social, environmental and economic development and dynamics where it place without neglecting the vocation of industry as a potential tool; in this case the proposed 500 m from the main square and a path parallel to center 3km strengthening the centrality of Soacha as focal point was made.     Abstract

    Soacha se encuentra ubicada al sur de la Sabana de Bogotá y hace parte de la cuenca alta del Rio Bogotá, con una extensión de 184,45 Km2 de los cuales 19 km2 se consolidan como el casco urbano y 165,45km2 corresponde al área rural,; según la última revisión del POT en el 2007 Soacha reportaba 431.653 habitantes y se promediaba un aumento para el 2015 de 528.680 de los cuales el 98% de la población reside en el casco urbano, siendo esto un problema ya que no existe una relación entre el espacio público y el número de habitantes en aumento, a esto se anexa la modificación del POT 2000 que ayudara a que no siga creciendo en forma desigual el municipio, conforme a lo anterior se desarrolla como propuesta el espacio público como articulador, eje conector urbano y catalizador físico-espacial ambiental convirtiéndose en una determinante para la expansión y calidad de vida de los habitantes, teniendo en cuenta que este sitio de interacción afecta en el desarrollo y dinámicas sociales, ambientales y económicas de donde se situé sin dejar de lado la vocación del sector como una herramienta potencial; en este caso se realizara la propuesta a 500 m de la plaza principal y un recorrido paralelo al centro de 3km fortaleciendo la centralidad de Soacha como punto de encuentro.
