Another important line is renewing its Olympic village and stadium is in decline even is deprecated by not passing tests earthquake resistance made in 2013 so I force myself to your primary computer (cupcake binding) to play stadiums nearby cities and municipalities. It is now a world power training high performance athletes not only in terms of players, also for sports like baseball, basketball, swimming, water polo, athletics, and is a pioneer in Colombia in extreme sports like kayak, cannoning, canoeing climbing, mountain biking, wind sports among others. Thus, taking into account the process of the dynamic relationship of the city, makes this aimed at establishing conditions for sporting, institutional, cultural, environmental, and tending to generate citizen participation, where the achievement of project equipment and stand enable management to conduct the promotion of sustainable, sustainable elements. So the workplace is to renew the Olympic village and main engine Eduardo Santos City of Santa Marta, the project consists of spatial and functional characteristics such as housing proposal to use local and administrative trade, additional allocations for the construction of community, public space, creating a boulevard, area parks and civic uses local and floating population.     Abstract

    La ciudad de Santa Marta ha sido durante mucho tiempo uno de los principales destinos turísticos en Colombia, Gracias a su riqueza histórica y natural. Santa Marta siempre ha sido reconocida por ser la ciudad más antigua de Colombia y por ser el primer puente comercial entre Europa y sur américa, lo que conllevó a un fuerte intercambio cultural y social entre los colonos y los habitantes nativos de la región. El objetivo de este proyecto Arquitectónico y de Intervención Urbana, es generar una intervención de renovación de la villa olímpica de la ciudad de Santa Marta, también conocido como el Polideportivo de Santa Marta, lugar en el que se encuentra el estadio “Eduardo santos” que es el principal de la ciudad. Tanto el estadio como los demás equipamientos, necesitan un nuevo aire y una nueva cara, debido a que presenta daños estructurales y no puede ser utilizado. El primer paso, es desarrollar y diseñar un nuevo estadio de futbol con capacidad para acoger 35.000 personas, con espacios óptimos para visitantes, zonas de recreación y la integración total con el entorno; al mismo tiempo será intervenido el estadio de baseball, las piscinas olímpicas y el coliseo, los cuales serán situados en mejores espacios para configurar de manera ordenada las diferentes zonas. Se pretende integrar el proyecto con la ciudad por medio de proyectos de urbanismo que comprenden: ampliación de espacios públicos, una ciclo ruta a través de las principales vías circundantes al proyecto como la Av. Libertador, la Av. Santa Rita y la Av.19; estas avenidas serán intervenidas para desarrollar la ampliación de los andenes, la incorporación de la ciclo ruta y la instalación de más árboles en los andenes y en los separadores a través de todo el recorrido. Intervención de la calle 18 para la creación de una galería, que consiste en peatonalizar toda la vía, desde la Villa Olímpica, hasta el Centro Histórico, conectándose con las vías peatonales existente, con el objetivo de generar un zona con altas posibilidades para el comercio durante todo el recorrido, en donde se posibilite la instalación de locales de restaurantes, discotecas, refresquerías, tiendas de artesanías, cafés, discotecas y otras modalidades de diversión en horas de la noche, dada su naturaleza y afluencia turística. Durante el recorrido, se encontraran puntos de descanso comprendidos por parques existentes y parques nuevos, se acogerá los cerros del cundí, el cerro de la virgen y el cerro de la milagrosa, para crear tres miradores, donde los visitantes podrán subir, tomar fotos y observar la panorámica de Villa Olímpica y el nuevo Estadio. Esta intervención y nueva perspectiva, se articula de norte a sur con el rio Manzanares por medio de la avenida 19, a través de ciclo rutas y la ampliación de los andenes para llegar al rio, ya que la alcaldía tiene proyectado una alameda y un parque lineal en todo el recorrido del rio dentro de la ciudad. En cuanto a los equipamientos de la Villa Olímpica, se tendrán zonas designadas para recreación al aire libre, una zona comercial con el fin de atraer visitantes al sector y crear un flujo elevado de personas con un interés recreo deportivo y comercial. El diseño del nuevo estadio está pensado en las características más destacadas de la región con el fin de conservar la identidad cultural de la ciudad y mostrarle a Colombia y al mundo a través de este proyecto arquitectónico, el lenguaje, sus elementos culturales y recordar el origen de la ciudad, mediante rasgos característicos modernos que por medio de la forma, materiales y elementos utilizados, se pueda interpretar de manera muy sencilla lo que se quiere representar. Teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climáticas de la región como las altas temperaturas y los fuertes vientos y para aprovechar al máximo estas condiciones en beneficio al proyecto, además de ofrecer a los visitantes una zona de recreación confortable para que los visitantes y ciudadanos en general puedan tener un espacio dentro de la ciudad para practicar diferentes deportes y puedan disfrutar de un espacio con aire fresco y un constituir así un pulmón para oxigenar la ciudad.
