For this initiative the following proposal is made as a housing alternative for sustainable architectural constructions that tries to present a new system that consists of a panel made from cardboard parallel tubes 10 cm in diameter, with a length that can go from 1.00mt - 1.20mt - up to 1.40mt and 1.60mt with a thickness of 0.5cm which is called DECK TC. These tubes are obtained after being used in the textile; plastics as part of its wrapping or presentation of certain products, once used lose their life and go to a recycling process for use again. Looking cardboard tubes as possible building material is not necessary but reuse recycle, using its circular morphology and empty inside advantages of physical, chemical properties such as resistance, acoustic comfort and thermal comfort are obtained. Through its development, the proposed bonds, structure and waterproofing deemed relevant for the end product is then exposed. COVER for the development of TC was necessary to know the characteristics of a cover tile types on the market, the process of development and cardboard recycling and methods of waterproofing which reached the conclusions set forth in the development of this work.     Abstract

    En la actualidad los sistemas constructivos han evolucionado ofreciendo nuevas alternativas tanto de materiales como la elaboración y montaje de los mismos, con el avance tecnológico la innovación en la construcción en los últimos años se ha enfocado en optimizar los recursos para mitigar el impacto ambiental. Es por esta iniciativa que se hace la siguiente propuesta como una alternativa de cubierta para construcciones arquitectónicas sostenibles que pretende dar a conocer un nuevo sistema que consiste en un panel elaborado con tubos de cartón paralelos de 10 cm de diámetro, con una longitud que puede ir desde 1.00mt - 1.20mt - 1.40mt y hasta 1.60mt con un grosor de0.5cm el cual se llamara CUBIERTA TC. Estos tubos se obtienen luego de ser utilizados en la industria textil, de plásticos como parte de su envoltura o de la presentación de ciertos productos, una vez utilizados pierden su vida útil y pasan a un proceso de reciclaje para usarlo nuevamente. Mirando los tubos de cartón como posible material de construcción no es necesario reciclar sino reutilizar, aprovechando su morfología circular y vacío en su interior se obtienen ventajas de propiedades físicas, químicas como puede ser resistencia, confort acústico y confort térmico. A través de su desarrollo, se exponen entonces la propuesta de uniones, estructura e impermeabilización que se consideren pertinentes para el producto final. Para el desarrollo de CUBIERTA TC fue necesario conocer las características de una cubierta, los tipos de tejas en el mercado, el proceso de elaboración y reciclado del cartón y métodos de impermeabilización por lo cual se llegó a las conclusiones que se expondrán en el desarrollo del presente trabajo.
