The main purpose of this research is to compare the current prefabricated proposed a prefabricated element grain recycled rubber (GCR), which allows suit the current installation system itself, adapting to any effort that is submitted. Considering the change of the raw material of concrete by the GCR, driving the same dimensions stipulated in the primer platforms Bogota (IDU) and submit the proposed tests and trials established by the Urban Development Institute (IDU) element and the Standard technical Colombiana (NTC) 4992. Let them give the respective results to analyze and compare the potential viability of a prefabricated rubber tile. This is complemented by a section of full-scale test in which interact the two types of prefabricated in an outdoor environment.     Abstract

    En la franja peatonal del sistema de andenes se encontró que en la instalación de elementos prefabricados como las losetas en concreto por su rigidez sufren diferentes daños que provienen desde una mala compactación de la base, hasta un mal uso, lo cual ocasiona deterioro a largo plazo en todo el andén. El objeto principal de esta investigación es proponer una loseta y comparar el prefabricado actual con un elemento prefabricado propuesto en grano de caucho reciclado (GCR), el cual permita adecuarse al mismo sistema de instalación actual, adaptándose a esfuerzos a los que está sometida una loseta común de concreto. Planteando el cambio de la materia prima del concreto por el GCR, manejando las mismas dimensiones estipuladas en la cartilla de andenes de Bogotá (IDU) y someter el elemento propuesto a pruebas y ensayos establecidos por el Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU) y la Norma Técnica Colombiana (NTC) 4992. Que den los respectivos resultados para analizar y determinar la viabilidad de una loseta prefabrica en caucho. Esto complementado con un tramo de prueba a escala real en el cual interactúen los dos tipos de prefabricados en un ambiente exterior.
