    TY - GEN T1 - Propuesta de mejoramiento de resistencia a la comprensión para el sistema constructivo "HANDY BRICK" AU - Madroñero Sánchez, Eliana Marcela AU - Moreno Yate, Jaime Andrés Y1 - 2016 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/3989 AB - Based on the thesis made by the students Juan Pablo Duarte Muñoz and Oscar Acevedo Mancera, titled Mampuesto divisorio based on jute, rice husk and Portland cement "HANDY BRICK", the main objective of this research is to propose a Improvement of the physical and chemical characteristics for this type of masonry, especially the strength of the compression forces. Since the initial tests did not satisfy the resistance parameters established by standard NTC 4076. This project was carried out through an experimental investigation, where some materials that were used in the initial proposal were changed, and several Prototypes with random dosages for optimum results. Subsequently, the same respective tests that were proposed in the thesis were carried out in the civil engineering laboratory of the Universidad La Gran Colombia, consecutively comparisons of the two prototypes were obtained obtaining favorable results with the improvement proposal that is presented below in this investigation.     Abstract

    Tomando como base a la monografía de grado realizada por los estudiantes Juan Pablo Duarte Muñoz y Oscar Acevedo Mancera, titulada Mampuesto divisorio a base de yute de mazorca, cascarilla de arroz y cemento tipo portland “HANDY BRICK”, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es proponer una mejora de las características físicas y químicas para este tipo de mampuesto, en especial la resistencia de los esfuerzos a compresión. Ya que en los ensayos realizados inicialmente no se cumple a satisfacción con los parámetros de resistencia establecidos por la norma NTC 4076. Este proyecto se realizó mediante una investigación experimental, donde se cambiaron algunos materiales que se utilizaron en la propuesta inicial, y se fabricaron varios prototipos con dosificaciones aleatorias para obtener resultados óptimos. Posteriormente se realizaron en el laboratorio de ingeniería civil de la Universidad La Gran Colombia, los mismos ensayos respectivos que se plantearon en la monografía de grado, consecutivamente se realizaron las comparaciones de los dos prototipos obteniendo resultados favorables con la propuesta de mejoramiento que se presenta a continuación en esta investigación.
