We can find a proposed strategy in the book, "La estrategia del Océano Azul” written by W. Chan Kim and Reneé Mauborgne where they desire to improve different aspects of the business. Based on a diagnosis and interviews with the employees and managers of the company, it was possible to identify different deficiencies for which definitive strategies were proposed for the emergence of the company.     Abstract

    Indumetalicas JEL es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de productos metálicos para uso estructural, terminación y acabado de edificios, obras de ingeniería civil y construcción de edificios residenciales. Cuenta en su planta de personal con 64 empleados. Se desea implementar una propuesta de gestión del conocimiento y organización del personal y así poder generar una ventaja competitiva por medio del conocimiento como su principal pilar, además de estrategias que abarcan los diferentes conceptos que necesita Indumetalicas JEL para encontrar una identidad en base de la gestión del conocimiento como modelo de gestión. Podemos encontrar unas estrategias propuestas del libro “La estrategia del Océano Azul” del autor W.Chan Kim & Renée Mauborgne donde se desea mejorar diferentes aspectos de la empresa. A partir de un diagnóstico y unas entrevistas realizadas a los empleados y los gerentes de la empresa Indumetalicas JEL se logró identificar diferentes deficiencias para las cuales, se propusieron unas estrategias definitivas para el surgimiento de la empresa como tal.
